Data Manager

Empower House SA | San Antonio, TX | Full-Time, Exempt | $54,105.90

Empower House provides community health services, youth development programs and advocacy that empower women and girls of color. We’re looking for a Data Manager who cares about grassroots community change and loves turning data into impact.

Reporting to the Director of Programs, the Data Manager runs our Salesforce system, keeps our data accurate and secure, and builds the reports and dashboards that guide our programs, grants and fundraising. This role also supervises our Data Associate and Data Interns and trains staff on data entry and reporting.

What you bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Salesforce or CRM experience (highly desirable)
  • Skill with Excel, Google Sheets, JotForm, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong communication skills and a talent for explaining technical ideas to non-technical teammates
  • Familiarity with the Promotora Model and Restorative and Transformative Justice
