People Culture and Wellness
Full-time | $54,105/year
Lead HR for a mission-driven nonprofit serving women and girls of color. Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and compliance while building staff development, wellness, and appreciation programs rooted in solidarity, creativity, collaboration, and empathy. Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 5+ years of HR experience preferred.

Community Engagement Associate
Part-time, 20 hrs/week | $17/hour
Shape how Empower House shows up in the community. Manage social media, website postings, press releases, newsletters, and event documentation, and partner with the Development Manager on community and fundraising events. Looking for someone with WordPress/Elementor, Canva, social media, and strong writing experience.

Parent Educator
Full-time | $41,523.42/year
Deliver Empower Parents classes to families across San Antonio and Bexar County using the Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) curriculum — certification provided if you don’t already have it. Handle outreach, scheduling, assessments, and case notes with a trauma-informed, restorative lens. Bilingual English/Spanish required; 2–3 years in community education.
