Part-time, 20 hrs/week | $17/hour

Empower House SA is hiring a part-time Digital Access Associate (20 hrs/week, $17.00/hour) to support the Donaldson computer station, helping community members build digital skills and access technology. The role provides one-on-one assistance with computer basics, internet access, email, and online accounts; supports device distribution and setup; and helps community members navigate online resources for education, employment, and healthcare. Working closely with the Digital Connector, this role also supports outreach to raise awareness of digital literacy services and maintains accurate participant records in Salesforce and JotForm. Ideal candidates bring customer service or community support experience, patience with varying digital skill levels, and Spanish fluency is highly valued.
