Joyous Windrider Jimenez is an educator, artist, and trauma-informed somatic coach. A storyteller at heart, she blends performance and visual elements into stories that articulate her own journey of self-growth and emotional literacy. Her Show, The Resilience Within, is a personal conversation around the journey of healing and self-determination, where we ask each other two things:
What are your current questions?
What is your current medicine?

And by medicine, we mean the energy that supports our healing and self-determination. Each episode includes a centering exercise and invitations to breathe, as a way to practice slowing down into the present moment. The end of each episode will include an art & writing prompt inspired by the conversation. Listeners can share what they create through our Instagram page @The_Resilience_Within.
