In partnership with The Mindfulness Co., Empower House will host a community circle for all caregivers, The breakfast Taco Club! Join us on Saturday, October 1st , from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm @ Lockwood Park (801N. Olive)! We have created this space to enjoy one another’s company, hold each other’s stories, laugh, breathe, and learn from each other.
