In partnership with The Mindfulness Co., Empower House presents, Mindfulness 101, a workshop where participants explore the basics of mindfulness–what it is, why it’s important, and simple exercises they can do alone or as a family to feel less rushed and more present in the moment. By the end of the session, participants should be able to answer the question: What is mindfulness and how can I practice it in my day-to-day life (and with my kids)?
